Installation method of nail-lifting dewatering screen：
The nail-lifting dewatering screen is commonly used in 305*305*30 specifications. The screen has four semi-circular mounting holes and has legs.During installation, the polyurethane dewatering screen plate is first placed on the support beam of the vibrating screen machine. A complete mounting hole for the rising nail will be formed between the screen plate and the adjacent screen plate, and then the rising nail will be nailed into the mounting hole.When installing, you need to pay attention to the direction of the screen seam and install the screen plate accurately.
The common rising nails used in dehydration screens are nylon rising nails and polyurethane rising nails, which can be purchased by customers according to their needs.
Bolt-type dewatering screen installation method：
There are many sizes of bolt-type dewatering screens, with semicircular countersunk head mounting holes, and most complete countersunk head mounting holes.Place the screen plate on the support beam of the screen machine in an orderly manner, and pay attention to the position of the mounting hole of the screen plate and the mounting hole on the support beam.Bolt the screen plate to the support beam.This installation method is relatively simple. The bolts generally use M12, M14, and M16 bolts, which are more common and easy to purchase.
Rail seat type dewatering screen installation method：
The rail seat type dewatering screen plate needs to be used in conjunction with the corresponding rail seat.Due to the different designs of each vibrating screen machine factory, the rail seat is also different, but the installation method is the same.First fix the rail seat to the support beam of the vibrating screen machine, then align the mounting groove on the back of the dewatering screen plate with the raised part of the rail seat and knock the screen plate in, so that the rail seat is embedded in the slot of the screen plate, that is, the installation is completed.
